As far as I know there aren't any ackie breeders in Alberta; although, there are a few in Ontario but I forgot their names. You may also want to try http://www.kingsnake.com/donpatterson/main.html. Don is a breeder on Vancouver Island and he used to work with this species but I do not know if he still is. Ackies are amazing monitors and I was actaully going to import a group from the US a few years back but decided to stick with my ball pythons instead.
