Shaw or Telus internet

i was using shaw for a few years but after several calls from what seemed like the mafia, they told me i was using too much bandwidth (don't make us tell you again!)...i dumped them for telus. very strange indeed since i was under the impression that unlimited access meant unlimited access...hhmmm, i guess not
