Need help with lighting I just bought...

Bought a new VHO retro kit for my PFO hood that I have (currently 2x40 watt NO's) will be 2x 110 watt VHO super attinics.

Question is I have the hood off the tank and I'm looking at it and for the life on me cant seem to find the way to get to the wiring.. I know that the inside top piece where the mogal is bolted to and the NO sockets are bolted to can be taken off but there are no bolts on the top of the hood for me to undue.. I just dont want to try forcing something and make it snap wthout asking first.
