coming back from overseas?

Hi all,

I have a friend who wants to bring me a coral or a fish from overseas, is that ok? Will he get hasseled in the airport? He will be coming from Brazil, so is it ok to take it out of there, and bring it into here?

Let me know if you have had any experience with that.
