120 gal reef tank

ok it seems i must part out this system
120 gal with pump,sump,stand,cabient $1000.00
MH/PC custum made 48 " wide 2 x 400 watt mh, 4 x 55 watt pc $700.00
Skimmer (g2 with sedra 3500 pump ) $ 350.00
Lifeguard UV sterilizer model # ql-25 $50.00
