Odd Couple

Here's my hi-fin-shrimp-goby and pistol-shrimp pair. If you didnt know, these guys live together in a relationship on par with the clownfish/anenome bond. They both live in a burrow which the pistol shrimp digs, and in order to pay for his 'rent' the shrimp goby will stand watch at the entrance. The shrimp is nearly blind, so when the shrimp comes out he keeps one antennae on the goby, and if the goby runs for cover then the shrimp does too.

And I got these guys seperately, and they paired up on thier own in the tank! (Ive heard it couldnt be done!)
