Overflow sizing

Probably the first of many questions.

The new house is coming along quicker than I thought so got to firm up a few things for the tank (still to order).

Tank will be about 130 gal room divider with basement sump. Planning a drilled overflow for the sump and a closed loop. Thinking a 2" for drain, 1" for return but wondering if there is a max size of pipe?

Main concern is noise.
