Yes, I agree. It seems to be quite the challenge to get some support.

Called another distributor and she said they can't get the parts in Canada.

So, guess I pay shipping and fees from Ecotech USA.

Just curious though, If you understand French, could you please call this number and translate for me. After listening to it again, with my very limited French comprehension, I think it may say the line is no longer in service.
This is the number for the original distributor that Ecotech said I needed to contact.
