Buy new bulkheads don’t reuse the ones that came with the tank and clean your tank out using a vinegar/water combo

Scrape the glass with a razor

Check the silicone beads thoroughly

Plug the bulkheads fill with water check for leaks

If ok drain and setup your tank as you like
