Looks like alright rock. kinda green so probably had some algae growing on them. In Calgary I see dry live rock on Kijiji from anywhere between $2-4 per lb. live rock I have seen $5-10.

I would probably go around the 3-4$ range with it being so green and see what happens. you could always go higher and see if anyone bites.
