You sure it was from that meal though? I just read on Webmd that food poisoning symptoms can start in as little as one hour in the case of a staph and up to 10 days later. My GF and I just had a bout of food poisoning in Asia but we narrowed it down to a meal 36 hours earlier. 20 minutes just seems incredibly fast
