Ok. So here is the deal.
I have lowered the price and given a guy who really wants it, first dibs on this tank at $550.00. He has till Sat at 12 noon to make the deal.
If he drops the ball then the first one with cash, can have it for $550.00.
This offer is good till Sat 5pm, then I hold out for 700.00.
Reason to do this? I have found some lights I want and do not really want to raid my bank acct. If I have to raid my acct to buy them before the tank sells..Tank goes back up to 700.00 firm till it sells. I have a big garage and storage to keep it till it does.
It was a deal at 700.00, at 550.00 it is a steal. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find another one in this condition for 800.00.
