from Vancouver you take the Oak street bridge through Richmond on Hwy 99. follow it through the Tunnel and take your second right exit. That exit is for the Tswassen Ferries. Now in the right turn of the second exit it splits off to the left very quickly (or you can go straight to the ferries but don't do that). TAKE the left turn. It quickly stops at a light. You can only go left at the light . so go left and follow the road back over the overpass straight through. That road your on is called River Road. Follow that for awhile past a Shell station and some small farms etc until you get into an industrial type area on your right side.(a couple of miles or so) until you come to either 72nd or 76st it is by a Huskie station. The Huskie gas station is on your left. Turn right at that light. Make your first LEFT right away into an industrial area. Drive between a couple of buildings until you come to Ocean Aquatics. HTH
