Specialty Bulb

Fishnut, go to a hydroponic store and buy a "daylight" 150 watt MH bulb.. check the package you shouden't have a probblem finding a 5500K bulb, mabe try find a little higher K value .. say something a little closer to 6500K, but this might not be so easy.
