ATI Power modual problem

I seem to be having a problem with my 48 inch ATI Powermodule. One side of my T5's has stop working. I checked the bulbs, no issue with them. Anyone else have this kind of issue? Can you share any info, that you might have come across, that might resolve this new problem?

Any input would be helpful. Thanks
