It's perfectly doable, Greg. I recently completed an upgrade, which is not that dissimilar with what you are referring to. The only difference is you will be reusing your old tank.

From my experience, I can only say it will take 5 times as long as you think and the budget will be exceeded dramatically. Unless, of course you don't plan on upgrading any hardware....
