The LED "floodlight" in the second eBay link you posted strongly resembles the LEDs that caused a fire in an Arizona preschool not long ago, described here:
http://reefbuilders.com/2013/01/30/c...d-causes-fire/ So be very careful with those ones! If you go for eBay LEDs, I would stick with the Evergrow/Taotronics style as they have a good track record on the major aquarium forums.
