Ouch ! I'd move it to a shady area with medium/low flow ,if you tanks chemistry is right it might regrow . Keep the wound clean , if the tissue turns brown and goopy try and siphon it off .. Sometimes brains have a hard time regrowing if there skeleton has algae on it so watch for that. But only time will tell and being left alone . When you start seeing new growth it should be healed and can start moving it back to the light .
