LF LED for a 30" tank White rock B.C

Hello i'm looking to upgrade to LED lighting my tanks 30 " long 12" wide looking for a decent system white and actinic, gently used anything out there ? please leave the brand, lighting strength, colors, and condition of your lights thx.
