Actually there are some awesome tide pools at Porteau Cove, up the Sea-to-Sky highway. We were just at Lighthouse Park yesterday (high tide unfortunately) and it is a cool place to visit.

And yeah, now that I think about it, if its rocky tide pools, then Centennial and White Rock are mud flats, not rocky tide pools.
