I can ship with regular mail or express
For phytoplankton it can survive the trip in regular mail, it take about 4~10 days for regular mail I never shipped copepods before so I'm not sure it will survive the trip with regular mail or no ( buying copepods by regular mail on your own risk ) If you interested or you have more question please feel free to PM
