Led problems

I'll check out some acrylic. I used square tubing for the heat sink. Three rows of square tubing with 12 boards per tube 2.5 inches apart. 2 fans expelling warm air. The tubing is a little warm when touched this is after the lights have been on all day. I can add more aluminum to increase the heat dissipation and maybe place a fan on the end of the tube blowing through it.
