Default To Move Or Not To Move!

Okay,

My wife and I are considering new flooring for the main floor. I just setup my 120 on the main floor. Now I see my possible options as follows:

1) Move tank and then move it back. I don't really want to do this as it's a PITA and last time I moved a tank I lost most of my livestock.

2) Put the new foor up and around tank but don't actually do under the tank. If I make sure I have enough extra flooring, when it comes to selling the house or taking down the tank, I could have that section of the floor finished at that time.

3) Forget getting new flooring at all. I don't need it that bad and I am sure I can convince the wife that another fish tank would be a better use of our money.

What do you think?
