Your tank is a new start up correct?
One thing I learned with new tanks is that new startups (under 6 months old) usually get a really nasty algae outbreak a few months in and as quickly as it appeares it's gone. With a tank your size a handful of large turbo snails should do the trick. No use buying a fish you KNOW will be unhappy in your tank if there are other alternatives.
