You'll either need to decide what corals, or assume the most light intensive to not restrict yourself down the road.
Big thing, initial budget. What can you spend up front on lights. LED are nice, 2 units of several models will work, but expensive.
Pros, less heat, no bulb changes, these can get expensive year after year. Sometimes though it's easier to spend it year after year than upfront.

Once you know that, you can narrow it down.

Sorry, just saw the $600 figure. Can you up that at all? In lieu of spending more down the road?
