are foods containing copper invert safe?

and this is why we r forced to by online and not from our lfs.... but i will talk to him and see what we can get in. i still think its lame that they would have copper in the food to begin with. i guess i just keep looking. thanks peeps, was kinda how i felt about it too. just **** me off that he sold it to the wife when i wasnt around. thanx
