FF or FT - 5gallons of live sand

Hey guys I have a 5g pail of live sand (dead now so it will need to be cleaned and cured) which I'm looking to get rid of as I am most likely not going to use it anytime soon.

At the moment its sitting on my balcony and with the hot weather coming, I really don't want it there.

Can pickup in North Van for free or a frag or two if someone would like to donate.
