He he he this thread is quickly turning into a recipe sharing thread....lol Any who, yes i did bring the salsa- glad you all liked it. ![]() its super easy... Mango Salsa 2 mangos, peeled, cut up 8ish roma tomatoes (depending on how much salsa you are making, big batch more tomatoes, small batch less-you don't want the tomatoes to over power the 2 large mangos) 1 large red onion chopped up 1 jalapeno (seeds in or out-you decide how hot, the batch i brought, i put half the seed in) BIG handful of cilantro, chopped lime juice of one lime (lean into it and roll it on the counter to loosen juices) Pinch of salt chips, scoop, Yummmm! PS. its super yummy on BBQ'd salmon, there's something about the smoke from the grill and the sweetness of the mango that works so well together. And Christy what about your yummy spinach and crab dip????
