need help with pumping xenia

i got an eenia about 3 days ago and it looked fine but now its all shrunk and not looking so good.....what can i do??

its in a 10g nano all stats good im not ading anything to the tank exept a bit of reef compleat to raise calcium also its under 175w mh and 28w 50/50 antic wat 2 do??
