Yes I believe you can, use the aquarium, the AQ 500 with a bunch of live rock rubble in it and keep the flow down. The other power heads will be good for keeping that chaotic water movement and the CF light will do well. You'll need white (my choice) aragonite gravel and of course some live rock. I think that should be a nice nano.
