I'd suggest a BioCube14 (Canreefer Post Below) or a BioCube8 if you can find one. J&L could probably order you one.
http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=80973 I have a BioCube29 and am extremely happy with it. However, if you wanted SPS you'd have to do some minor upgrades. I like to tinker a bit, so upgrades are also limitless. Haha!
