best way to move live rock?

I am buying 200 lbs of beautiful rock covered in coraline and all that good stuff in the next few days... Its in a running tank but it must be removed so she can catch the fish and shut the tank down.
What would the best way be for me to move all of it and avoid too much kill?
My tank is up and running just waiting for it and it is about a 20 min drive in between.
can I put it in tubs damp and speed home? Shoud I take water with it or use wet newspaper ect?
Also she has a bit of a bio load in her tank.... will alot of the bio die off if i only have a few fish to cycle?
