Its not always the size of the tank...its where it is... decent size tank in a penthouse goes, and you have 4 stories worth of issues.
Plus the price difference between 1 mill and 2 mill was like nothing...and its much more baller to say 2 mill. lol Plus you can never be covered for too much.
