I would appreciate if people can refrain from twisting what I'm about to say....
I'm truly sorry you feel you must go. I do feel partly to blame and wish our confrontation was avoided. You obviously have your customer service down with so many well wishing customers showing support. I wish you luck and a possible change of heart?
