Return pump question

Hey I fired the return pump on my sump and after shutting it off I noticed it started to reverse flow

My options are keep the return nozzles above the water line or put a one way valve to prevent sump overflow but I am not sure where to get a valve... Its 3/4" pvc, thanks!
