Thanks for the humorous replies!
The male is maybe half the size of the female. Maybe. Probably a little less. Got home this evening and you would never know there had been a problem. The male is now protecting/cleaning the eggs and the female is patrolling the anemone and keeping all other fish away. Seems to have worked itself out.
