Replacing Tar Ballast with Electronic Ballast

Fishnut, although I don't have firsthand experience with these, I've heard from many people that Icecap MH ballasts can have problems. The original vendor I was talking to when I set up my lights said they sent a lot of them back for repairs. I'm sure you've done your homework, but I thought I'd offer what I've heard.
