Not that I know much about it but im pretty sure both your 'halves' should be directly from the front of each portion, just cause looking at the connecting pieces, some of the corals are at different angles (cause you took both shots moreso 'from' the tank's 'center'?). try to take them both from right head-on in the middle of each half I think, and maybe a tad further back? Might make it easier to do. You can probably test how it works out even in a program like paint or pain shop pro. Would be crude but would give you an idea of what your working with.
