I am glad you are happy with your corals Sam!
I feed all my corals coral Frenzy every 2-3 days. They also get shrimp left overs from daily feedings - you should see tentacles come off them once they are acclimated and the flesh swells up. Those will grab the food particles to feed... Enjoy!
