Hey Quinn,
When I've talked to J&L they let me know that they are waiting for UPS to guarantee live shipments, or something to that extent. So I generally get my stuff sent up via Grayhound, mind you I live in a small town so it's no big deal really. It is a shame though, when I lived in the states it was so simple, ordered anything I wanted online with overnight shipping, no muss, no fuss, and always great guarantee's! Best, Rob
