Personally I would not take a chance with any vendor that has more than just a few bad reviews. I can understand that you can't make everyone happy, but when you see the number of dissatisfied customers that Burc has, I just won't take the chance.
If you are looking for just cheap stuff then try him out... but if you want quality and good service Coral Master (Snappy/Greg) is great to deal with. Just my 2 cents
