call around you may find one at a tool rental place or any tools supply store. when I lived in Edmonton there was the house of tools and a couple other places that sold tools I just can not remember where they were situated.
other than that try and borrow one from AI they use to drill there own tanks and tanks they sold. Sorry I'm not much help from Kamloops BC. Bill
