Anyone had this happen to their fish? Bristle worm attacked my tailspot blenny?????

I saw a worm attack a yellow polup the other night so I moved the polup and all is well now.the polup had a area on the side of the stem where there was puncture makes. As some worms have jaws and teeth this one is quite large and he will not come out of the rock he is in. I would like to get him out of the tank and keep the rock, any sugestions?
