Bulkhead Gasket - inside or outside?

Always flange side, wet or dry, but the ideal is on the wet side.

Small tip: I always put a thin layer of silicon around the edges of the hole and only then assemble the bulkhead. After that I put a second layer of silicon around the bulkhead (in side and outside) for extra safety
