The Evil Dead and The Evil Dead 2 are exactly the same movie. No, really.
If you haven't already, you HAVE to watch "Army of Darkness". It might put the Evil Dead movies into a whole different light for you. Or ... maybe not. I can't believe "Sean of the Dead" hasn't make mention yet. So I'll mention it.  And one more ... I'll just say this. Norwegians and Nazi Zombies: http://www.deadsnow.com ... Enjoy! (It has English subtitles but the truth is you don't really need them..)
