To anyone with plate coral expertise

My plate corals have finally finished trying to sit on each other but now a new problem.
One of the plate corals in the tank is lifting her skirt Not sure it makes sense but to be more exact I can see the white skeleton all the way around ever since I added a pistol shrimp to the tank. I think by digging around under it, it got annoyed or something.
Will this heal up eventually or is it on the decline?
