How about not attaching the sku's to this section of the website, instead use it to merely represent what you have currently. To purchase anything from this section would require a phone call to confirm the availability. Sku's can be handled by you at the time of purchase. The important point is to keep it up to date daily. Not sure if this make sense to you.
