New to canreef :-)

Hey guys! Just thought I'd post some pics of my new setup. It's been up for about a month now (was bought already established and I took most of their water in the move).
Current inhabitants are;
3 clownfish
1 6 line wrasse
1 green clown goby
1 cleaner shrimp
1 coral banded shrimp
1 pencil tip urchin
around 4 hermits (30 of them little blue legged hermits)
around 10 snails

A bunch of what I have found out are Red flatworms...ANY IDEAS???

what do you guys think about my water peramiters (tested with an API test kit)?

PH 8.3
Ammonia 0.0
Nitrite 0.0
Nitrate 20
SG - 1.024
