My fish only get coral food.
They get chunks of ReefRoids and FaunaMarine coral food before it dissolves. I don't even feed them at all some times only when guests come over. Some times cyclope-ease (spelling?) All fish are very healthy and bellies are full. I would stay away from flakes or any fat based foods. Get on protein based foods.
