ware to get weldon??

iam makeing a DIY skimmer for my nano but i cant find weldon #3 dos anyone in the lower mainland know ware to go? also anyone have tips on makeing a small skimmer this is my first time doing anything with acrilic and iam hopeing to make a tank latter depending on how the skimmer turns out
